Stephen’s exceptional technical skills and accuracy when pricing maintenance contracts has earned him the position of Director of Service. Recently celebrating 43 years with Pulse, he pulls upon his extensive experience to provide customers with the best customer service as well as being a guide to other employees.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys playing wallyball, walking, and doing odd jobs around the house. Additionally, he has been married for 39 years and has three great kids.
